All staff and equipment have successfully moved to MACC/TVCTV's new facility in Beaverton. The project, which took 14 months to plan, and build and then move two buildings and 15 staff members, was completed on November 13, when TVCTV's Public and Government Access channels returned to service.
The new location, in northwest Beaverton, is just south of Cornell Road and the Sunset Highway.
Construction began at the new location in August 
and substantially completed in mid October. Most staff from both MACC and TVCTV locations had moved in by October 24. The big move of TVCTV master control and playback facilities was completed the week of November 9 as technicians swarmed TVCTV's former location at midnight, disconnecting hundreds of pieces of equipment and nearly 1,000 cables.
Four hours later, they began reinstalling that equipment and reconnection the 1,000 cables at the new facility. The four TVCTV channels came back to air on Sunday, November 13, well in time to provide live airing of Monday's special joint meeting of
the Lake Oswego and Tigard City Councils and the regular Tualatin Council meeting.
Construction continues on the two production studios with expected completion in early December.
