MACC regulates and enforces the Comcast and Verizon cable franchise agreements for 14 jurisdictions in the Tualatin Valley and Washington County. Tualatin Valley Cable Franchise -- Comcast
The service area includes all areas of the cities of Banks, Beaverton, Cornelius, Durham, Forest Grove, Gaston, Hillsboro, King City, Lake Oswego, North Plains, Rivergrove, Tigard, Tualatin, and parts of incorporated Washington County.

The service area is a specific region of the northern and eastern areas of unincorporated Washington County.

Frontier Communications Cable Franchise
On July 1, 2010, Frontier Communiocations completed the sale and transfer of Television Video Services from Verizon Communications. Frontier assummed all existing conditions of the previous Verizon franchise for services to residents within their telephone service area in the Tualatin Valley.

City of Milwaukie Cable Franchise -- Comcast
The service area is all areas within the municipal limits of the City of Milwaukie. In July 2000, MACC and the City of Milwaukie entered into an intergovernmental agreement for MACC to assume responsibility for administration of this Franchise.
